Ricotta Breakfast Parfait


Prep Notes

This recipe is great if you want to meal prep for the week ahead.  

Use mason jars with lids & store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.  

Ingredients

8 oz Full Fat Ricotta cheese 

1/2 Cup berries (if using frozen berries, be sure to thaw first)

2 TBSP Muesli

1 tsp honey

Cinnamon



Directions

  1. Add 1/2 cup of the ricotta cheese to a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle 1 TBSP of the Muesli on top of the ricotta.
  3. Drizzle 1/2 tsp of honey over the Muesli & add a dash of cinnamon.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 & enjoy.
